Leave the item in the Swap Stop locker nearest you. Before the locker opens, the app requires you to video the item as it is placed inside.
Buyer picks it up
The buyer is notified and receives the locker location and secure access credentials. They can collect the item without arranging a meeting.

An eight-hour acceptance window begins after pickup. Once the buyer accepts the item, the payment is released to you.

If no return or dispute is initiated within that period, the funds are released to the seller, subject to our Terms and payment policies.
If the buyer doesn't collect their item within the designated pickup window, it will be removed from the locker and held at customer service for a limited time. If the item remains unclaimed after the specified holding period, it will be returned to the seller in accordance with our policies.
